Flat-pack furniture manufacturing from wood-based panels
Drew-Bak manufactures furniture from wood-based panels in production runs, supplied flat-packed for self-assembly. We work with furniture brands, manufacturers and distributors on an OEM basis — under the customer's brand, according to agreed documentation and product specifications.
Order quantities
We accept orders from 500 complete furniture units. We agree on the details of each production run based on the furniture design, materials and packaging requirements.
Cabinets, chests of drawers and shelving units under your brand
We focus on small and medium-sized furniture: cabinets, chests of drawers, shelving units and similar designs made from wood-based panels. An order can cover component manufacturing, kitting of hardware, instructions and labels, as well as protection and packaging of complete sets.
Materials and machining
We manufacture components from chipboard, including melamine-faced chipboard (MFC), as well as MDF and HDF. We specify the board type, decor, thickness and edge banding based on the documentation and requirements of the furniture.
Production includes panel cutting, edge banding, drilling and CNC machining. We prepare components for assembly in line with the approved design and the hardware used.
Kitting and flat-pack packaging
We can supply the furniture components, hardware, assembly instructions, labels and cartons. Before production starts, we agree on the contents of each set, how the components will be protected and how the packs will be labelled.
Packaging is prepared according to the requirements agreed for the specific product.
