What furniture components and products does Drew-Bak manufacture?

We serially manufacture solid wood and furniture board components, including legs, frames, seats, CNC parts, subassemblies, complete furniture and flat-pack sets to customer documentation.

Who do you manufacture for?

We work in B2B and OEM models for furniture manufacturers, private-label brands, distributors and companies looking for a reliable serial production partner.

What batch sizes do you handle?

Minimum and preferred batch sizes depend on the process, material and component complexity. Many projects start at around 500 pieces, while typical economic series range from 2,000 to 10,000 pieces or more.

How do we start a new manufacturing project?

Send 2D drawings, 3D models, a BOM or an approved reference sample together with batch size and annual volume forecast. We use these data to review feasibility and prepare a quotation.

Which stages of production can you handle?

The scope may include material preparation, CNC machining, turning, milling, gluing, veneering, surface finishing, assembly, quality control, labelling and packaging.

Do you serve international customers and offer FSC®-certified sourcing?

Yes. We export to 12 countries and support customers across Europe. Drew-Bak holds FSC® certificate CU-COC-818245 and licence FSC-C107183.
