OEM furniture components and contract manufacturing

Drew-Bak is a Polish OEM and contract manufacturer for furniture producers, interior brands and distributors. We manufacture components from solid wood, MDF, HDF, particleboard and veneered materials according to customer drawings.

From technical documentation to repeatable production

We review 2D drawings, 3D models, material requirements, surface finish and forecast volumes. After the technical review we prepare a prototype or pilot batch and stabilise the process for repeatable serial manufacturing.

OEM manufacturing capabilities

  • CNC milling and turning, including 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining
  • multi-side drilling, grooving and PUR or EVA edge banding
  • gluing, veneering, sanding, water-based lacquering and oil finishing
  • assembly, quality control, labelling and retail-ready packaging

We handle recurring batches from several hundred to many thousands of components. FSC® materials and REACH-compliant processes are available. We support European customers with controlled dimensions, consistent finish and reliable delivery planning.

Which customers do you serve with OEM manufacturing?

We work B2B for furniture manufacturers, interior brands, distributors and companies developing their own products. We supply recurring production programmes to customers in Europe and Japan.

How does an OEM project quotation start?

We start with 2D or 3D documentation or a physical model, together with material, finish, batch size, tolerances and packing requirements. We then assess the process, tooling, cost and realistic lead time.

Do you make prototypes and pilot runs?

Yes. Prototypes and pilot runs are quoted individually after reviewing the documentation, material, process and required tooling. Any crediting of the prototype cost after the full production order is agreed directly in the quotation.

How do you determine the minimum OEM order quantity?

MOQ depends on the product, material, number of operations and set-up costs. Some projects can start at around 300 pieces per component, while others require a larger batch or a full material lot, such as a full-truckload board purchase.

Can you source metal, felt, plastics and other components?

Yes. We can source metal parts, felt, plastics, packaging and other custom-made or commercially available components. Requirements and quality responsibilities are agreed before quotation.

Can you deliver assembled or retail-ready products?

Yes. The process can include assembly, hardware kitting, labelling and packing. We supply assembled products or flat-pack kits prepared for retail or e-commerce logistics; the packaging design is selected for the product and customer specification, including FEFCO-based designs.

Which delivery terms can you offer?

We can offer collection from our factory under EXW or delivery to an agreed destination under DAP. Transport, insurance, palletisation and documentation details are defined in the quotation.

What is the lead time for an OEM project?

Lead time is agreed after reviewing the documentation, material availability, tooling, batch size and current production load. Prototype or pilot-run timing is stated separately from recurring serial production.
