As an OEM manufacturer, we produce components from wood-based panels for furniture sold under our customers' brands. We work to their documentation and specifications. Our scope can include cutting, edge banding, drilling, CNC machining and packaging.

We agree on production quantities individually, based on the component design, materials and machining requirements.

Components for your design

We manufacture components from wood-based panels for different types of furniture, including cabinets, chests of drawers, shelving units, beds and kitchen furniture. Production runs follow the customer's documentation and specifications. We work with furniture manufacturers, brands and distributors.

Materials and machining

We work with chipboard, including melamine-faced chipboard (MFC), as well as MDF and HDF. We agree on the board type, decor, thickness and edge banding material and thickness for each component.

Drilling and CNC machining follow the component design. The scope can include non-standard hole patterns and grooves for furniture backs and bottoms.

Inspection and packaging

Before production starts, we agree on inspection criteria and packaging. We check component dimensions and appearance and provide the agreed protection for transport.

  • board type, decor, thickness and edge banding specification;
  • machining requirements and required tolerances;
  • the number of pieces for each component and plans for repeat orders;
  • packaging requirements and the target date.

Frequently asked questions

Which boards and decors do you use for furniture components?

We manufacture serial components to customer documentation from raw and melamine-faced chipboard, MDF, HDF, plywood and other wood-based panels. Our standard white decors are Swiss Krono U511 SM and EGGER W960 SM; other materials and decors are selected to the project specification.

What panel thicknesses and formats can you process?

We process commercially available panel thicknesses suitable for the project. HDF can be cut from approximately 2.5 mm, while edge banding is available for components from approximately 8 mm thick. We also cut large-format boards up to 3660 × 2070 mm; this format has already been processed at our factory.

Can you process customer-supplied material?

Yes. We can source the material or manufacture from customer-supplied material after checking its specification, quantity and suitability for the required process.

What does your complete furniture board processing scope include?

The scope can include cutting, multi-side drilling, milling, grooving, straight and shaped edge banding, quality control, assembly and packing to the customer’s logistics specification.

What are the minimum runs and production capacity of the panel division?

We agree on production quantities and availability individually. We take into account the component design, materials, machining requirements and production schedule.

Which edge materials and edge configurations are available?

We use ABS, PVC, paper, melamine and natural wood veneer edging, typically from 0.4 to 2 mm thick. A dedicated machine also bonds solid-wood lippings up to 12 mm thick in serial production. Selected edges or the complete perimeter can be banded according to the documentation.

What documentation do you need for a quotation?

Please provide 2D drawings or 3D models, material and decor specifications, tolerances, drilling patterns, edging type, batch size and packing requirements. We can also start the review from an approved physical sample.

How do you control the quality of furniture board components?

We check component dimensions and appearance against the technical documentation and agreed customer criteria. The inspection scope is defined before serial production starts.
