Drew-Bak is an experienced B2B manufacturing partner and OEM supplier to the furniture industry. We specialise in series production of components made from melamine-faced chipboard, combining high repeatability with flexibility in product engineering. Our strongest competitive advantage lies in projects requiring non-standard point-to-point drilling, routing, grooving and curved edge banding. Complex parts are generally produced from 500 units per type. We also manufacture simpler components with one banded edge and modular drilling in runs of several thousand units. White laminates, which demand strict process discipline and cleanliness control, are a routine part of our production. The usual minimum batch is approximately 300 units, while the preferred economic range is 1,000–10,000 units per type.
Complete production process from cutting to packaging
We manage the complete manufacturing process for components made from melamine-faced chipboard, MDF and HDF in commercially available specifications. Special materials are sourced following individual arrangements with board manufacturers, and we can also process customer-supplied materials. Our capabilities include precision cutting, PUR and EVA edge banding, modular and non-standard point-to-point drilling, routing, grooving for backs and bottoms, and curved edge banding in open profiles. The process can be completed with assembly and packaging tailored to the customer’s logistics specification. Every batch undergoes quality control against technical documentation and agreed inspection criteria.
Scalable OEM manufacturing for industrial B2B customers
Our manufacturing site provides approximately 6,000 m² of covered production space, 4,500 m² of paved yard and a team of nearly 100 employees. We normally operate on two shifts, with the ability to increase staffing and machine hours according to the scale of the production programme. With an optimised order mix, board processing capacity can reach approximately 700 m³ per month. A third shift and Saturday operation can increase capacity beyond 1,000 m³ per month. Actual output depends on the share of time-intensive operations, particularly extensive routing, non-standard drilling patterns and curved edge banding, while other orders can continue in parallel. We manufacture series components for kitchen furniture, beds and other high-volume furniture programmes. Drew-Bak is FSC certified and declares compliance with REACH requirements. As a European contract manufacturer and OEM supplier, we serve customers in Poland and across Europe, with a particular focus on the German market.
