We serially manufacture turned wooden components according to customer documentation. Products include furniture legs, spindles, handles, decorative parts and blanks for further machining and assembly.

CNC wood turning for the furniture industry

• beech, oak, ash and engineered solid wood
• turning combined with milling, drilling and sanding
• installation of threaded inserts, hanger bolts and fittings
• water-based lacquer, stain, oil or hardwax oil

Dimensions, tolerances and workholding are reviewed from the drawing or 3D model. A pilot sample confirms geometry and finish before recurring production.
