Wood veneering and gluing for furniture components

We manufacture glued and veneered components for furniture producers and interior brands. The process is selected according to component construction, substrate, veneer type and required surface quality.

Gluing and veneering for serial furniture production

• glued solid wood components and blanks for further machining
• veneering of MDF, boards and selected component shapes
• calibration, sanding and preparation for lacquer or oil
• inspection of glue lines, surface and grain arrangement

For serial projects we agree material and appearance references to maintain a consistent result between batches. Components can be supplied as semi-finished parts or with complete finishing.
