Wood component lacquering, staining and oil finishing

We provide industrial finishing for serial wooden components. Processes include water-based lacquering, staining, oil and hardwax oil, including standard G10 finishes.

Industrial finishing of wooden furniture components

• surface preparation and intermediate sanding
• colour matched to an approved sample or agreed standard
• inspection of gloss, touch, coverage and visual defects
• packaging designed to protect the finished surface in transport

Samples are prepared for approval on new projects. During serial production each batch is compared with the reference while accounting for the natural variation of wood.
