Assembly of finished products
Drew-Bak supplies furniture manufacturers and brands with serially assembled subassemblies and finished products. Assembly stations use pneumatic clamps, glue dispensers and tools selected for each construction. The scope includes beds, upholstered furniture frames, chair frames, children’s furniture and case-goods subassemblies.

Serial assembly to drawings and BOM
The assembly route follows drawings, the bill of materials, an approved reference sample and the packaging specification.
- assembly of solid wood and panel components and installation of agreed hardware,
- gluing and clamping at prepared assembly stations,
- checks of completeness, stability, dimensions and finish,
- labelling, flat-pack preparation and packaging to customer specification.
For a new product we agree the operation sequence, inspection points and reference sample before repeat production.
