Wooden furniture legs manufacturer
We manufacture wooden furniture legs for producers of sofas, armchairs, beds, tables, chairs and cabinet furniture. Straight, turned and milled designs are produced from drawings, 3D models or approved samples.
Materials and machining
Our main species are beech, oak and ash. CNC turning is combined with multi-axis milling, drilling, sanding and installation of threaded inserts or other fittings. Components can be supplied unfinished or fully finished.
Finishing and serial quantities
- water-based lacquer, stain, oil and hardwax oil
- colour matched to an approved sample or agreed standard
- dimensional, moisture and surface quality inspection
- bulk or individual packaging according to customer requirements
Production is intended for recurring B2B orders from several hundred to many thousands of pieces. We maintain repeatable geometry, colour and fitting configuration between production batches.
