Wooden furniture legs manufacturer

We manufacture wooden furniture legs for producers of sofas, armchairs, beds, tables, chairs and cabinet furniture. Straight, turned and milled designs are produced from drawings, 3D models or approved samples.

Materials and machining

Our main species are beech, oak and ash. CNC turning is combined with multi-axis milling, drilling, sanding and installation of threaded inserts or other fittings. Components can be supplied unfinished or fully finished.

Finishing and serial quantities

  • water-based lacquer, stain, oil and hardwax oil
  • colour matched to an approved sample or agreed standard
  • dimensional, moisture and surface quality inspection
  • bulk or individual packaging according to customer requirements

Production is intended for recurring B2B orders from several hundred to many thousands of pieces. We maintain repeatable geometry, colour and fitting configuration between production batches.

Which furniture applications do you make wooden legs and feet for?

We manufacture legs and feet for tables, chairs, sofas, beds, cabinets, desks and other furniture. Components are made to drawings, 3D models or approved physical samples.

Which wood species do you use for furniture legs?

We mainly use beech, oak, ash, birch and pine. Other species are possible after checking availability, the required quality grade and finishing parameters.

Can you reproduce a leg from a physical sample?

Yes. A project can start from a physical sample, 2D drawing or 3D model. Before serial production, we agree the geometry, wood species, tolerances, fixing method, colour and gloss level.

Do you manufacture turned and CNC-milled legs?

Yes. Depending on the geometry, we use CNC turning, 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling, drilling, sanding and further surface finishing.

Which fixing solutions can you prepare in furniture legs?

We can prepare hanger bolts, mounting plates, dowels and mortise-and-tenon connections, among other solutions. The fixing method is selected for the furniture design and customer documentation.

Can you supply legs ready for assembly?

Yes. The process can include machining, sanding, fitting of fixings, lacquering, oiling or hard-wax oil finishing, quality control, labelling and packing to customer specification.

What is the minimum run for wooden legs or feet?

We generally start at approximately 500 pieces per model. Preferred economical runs are around 2,000–10,000 pieces or more, depending on geometry, wood species, fixing and finish.

What information is required to quote furniture legs?

We need a drawing, 3D model or sample, wood species, dimensions and tolerances, fixing method, colour and finish, planned quantity and packing method. If some details are not final, we can start from the sample review.
